First Beach Trip

Hey Louis, we're glad you were able to comment. We love hearing from you. And we agree that she's pretty much the most beautiful child ever! I'm still not sure about the becoming a follower thing. I tested it out by putting myself as a follower and it seemed to work...so I'm not sure if there's still a problem with it or not.

Nathan's family is in town this weekend and we headed to the beach yesterday...but I don't think Grace was quite as excited as we were considering she was asleep most of the time. ;)



And look at those cheeks! Talk about chubbs! It just makes me want to kiss them all the time! And she has the most perfect lips, I think.

We sure do love our Gracie.

Two Week Check-up

Today was Grace's two week check-up at the doctor's. She did awesome, and we're happy to report she is perfectly healthy! We are so happy about that! She gained a whole pound since the last time we saw the doctor. She is now 9 pounds 11 ounces, which is the 90th percentile! And she has grown! She was measured at 24 inches, which is 95th percentile.

This isn't the best quality video, there was a setting messed up on the camera, but I just thought it was cute because she was so wide awake.

First week at home

We've had such a wonderful first week with our Gracie girl. She is such a good baby. She really doesn't cry much, she mostly just grunts when she needs something, to eat or a diaper change. And she makes the best faces, as seen in this picture below. It cracks me up!



She's also had lots of visitors. Here's her bright eyes with grandma.

Look at that grumpy face! I think the sun was a little too bright for her. We took a stroll once around the block. It was just too nice outside to stay in the house!
