Grace's 3rd Birthday

For Grace's third birthday, we did a party at the park with friends, similar to her second birthday.  We had five other friends with May birthdays, so we had a party for all six of them together!  It was a pretty hot day for May, so everyone has pink, sweaty cheeks!

January - April 2013

Grace is super imaginative and into pretending.  She has all these little figurine animals and dolls that she loves to play with.  I think in this picture she had built a bunch of beds out of legos and was putting her animals to bed.

We went camping at the beach in the Spring.  It was windy!

We had an OMSI pass that year and loved going with friends.

In April of 2013, we went to Utah to celebrate Nathan's Grandpa's 90th birthday.  The girls loved staying in the hotel on the way there.

It snowed a little the day we were leaving Utah.  Grace made these little snowmen outside her Grandma and Grandpa's house.

We went to an Easter egg hunt at the elementary school near our house.  Grace was so proud of herself that she wasn't scared of the Easter bunny.  (She's usually pretty nervous about anyone in costumes for some reason.)

I'm going to attempt to get all caught up by posting a few months worth of pictures at a time.  I'm hoping to do a post everyday for the next week and hopefully we'll be caught up to today!  Again, we're so sorry to have let this slack.  We're going to get back at it!  All of the pictures in this post are from September to December 2012.


End of summer fun with friends, playing in the water:

One of our regular weekly activities is story time at the library.  We've been going since Grace was a baby and have moved from Babytime to Toddler time to now Preschool age.  She loves it and loves seeing our friends there!

Playing with cousins on Thanksgiving!  We had all of Nathan's family visit for Thanksgiving that year.  It was a packed house, but Grace loved having cousins and aunts and uncles to play with.
